Dr. Sarah Hays

Dr. Sarah Hays is a Little Rock chiropractor who serves Little Rock and the surrounding communities in AR.

Dr. Sarah Hays uses chiropractic and acupuncture care to improve the health and wellness in all areas of patient's lives, whether they are having problems with back pain or neck pain, or just want to start feeling better when they wake up in the morning. Sarah takes a "whole person" approach in chiropractic and acupuncture care, which means looking for the underlying causes of disease, discomfort, and pain, as opposed to just treating the symptoms. Many seemingly unrelated symptoms often arise from imbalances in the spinal column, and Hays (Sarah) will be able to determine the root of the pain and create a personalized chiropractic and wellness plan to suit each patient's individual needs. Under the supervision and care of our caring and skilled chiropractor, patients report higher functioning in all areas of their lives.

Dr. Sarah Hays is originally from Springdale, Arkansas. She went to Oklahoma State University where she met her husband, Riley. They have 3 children (Hadley, Hollis, Hutch) and another baby joining them soon. Dr. Hays went to National University of Health Sciences right outside of Chicago for Chiropractic school. Along with Chiropractic Care, Dr. Hays also provides Acupuncture Care. Sarah has been practicing in Little Rock since 2012 and has been heavily involved in the local community. Currently, Dr. Hays is serving on the Little Rock Chiropractic Board of Examiners as the Secretary.

Dr. Jenny McCluskey

Dr. Jenny McCluskey is a Little Rock chiropractor who is excited to serve her patients and the community. Dr. Jenny is originally from a small town in Northern California and grew up playing softball, snow skiing, hiking, camping, and helping her mom and dad on their family ranch. She began seeing a chiropractor as a teenager and learned the importance of taking care of her body at an early age. This led to Dr. Jenny’s interest in the healthcare field and helping others feel their best. Dr. Jenny attended college at Arizona State University and received a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She discovered a passion for holistic healthcare and hands-on doctoring during an internship with a chiropractor. It was then that she decided to become a chiropractor herself. Dr. Jenny graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, as a licensed chiropractor in October 2023. While at Palmer, she learned several adjusting techniques, including Palmer-Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson drop, Activator, and Flexion-Distraction. She knows that everyone can benefit from chiropractic, whether you are an athlete, an older adult, a child in pain, or simply looking for wellness treatment. She practices chiropractic with a whole-body approach—evaluating you as an individual and treating the source of your pain through specific chiropractic adjustments.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Jenny enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Hayden, and their two dogs, Palmer and Dexter. She is a National Parks enthusiast, loves to travel, read, and is always looking for a good movie recommendation.
